You work directly with me. I learn about your business, design the experience, build the website and check the details. Decisions do not disappear between departments.
I combine design and development. I do not draw concepts that become impractical in code. Performance, accessibility and day-to-day management shape the project from the beginning.
If the project does not need something, I will say so. If a simpler scope is the better business decision, you will hear that too.
