Data, purposes and legal bases
The form collects your name or company name, email address, selected scope, budget and message. I use this information to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote and take steps before a possible contract.
Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and my legitimate interests in handling correspondence and protecting legal claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients
Hosting, email and message delivery providers, including Resend, may process data only as needed to operate the website. These providers act under their terms and applicable safeguards.
If you allow analytics, information about website use is processed through Google Analytics. Services from Google or Resend may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under safeguards available under the GDPR.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept while we discuss the project and then for as long as needed to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. If a contract is agreed, some information may be retained longer to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Analytics, cookies and local preferences
Google Analytics starts only after consent in the cookie banner. Declining does not limit the website. You can change the choice by removing amc_cookie_consent from the website storage in your browser.
The accessibility panel stores selected preferences in the browser under amc_accessibility_preferences. This information remains on the user's device, is not used for tracking and can be reset through the panel or by clearing the website data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
You have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. To exercise your rights, email kontakt.amcompany@gmail.com.
Voluntary data and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary, but I cannot respond without an email address and a description of the enquiry. Form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
